FAST-EO participated in the "Foundation Models for Earth Observation" workshop organized in collaboration with the Helmholtz AI and the national center of excellence ML4Earth

The partner Forschungszentrum Jülich co-organized a tutorial with IEEE GRSS and NASA-IMPACT on "Machine Learning Lifecycle in High-Performance Computers and Cloud".

The partners IBM Research and Forschungszentrum Jülich represented FAST-EO in a full-day session on "Large-Scale AI for Geosciences with Supercomputing and Cloud Computing".

IBM Research represented FAST-EO at the AI+Environment EcoHackathon kickoff, organized by the ETH AI Center and GainForest.

DLR has represented FAST-EO with two posters: one illustrating the project's general concept and another detailing EO downstream applications that benefit from AI foundation models.
